We’re looking for a results-oriented, forward-thinking leader with the unique and powerful ability to articulate great design and be an open-minded collaborator. Small office with inclusive and transparent and collaborative operational structure. Badminton skills are beneficial, but a sense of humor is required.

We seek a highly motivated and creative individual with experience in technical development and production and a minimum of 5 years of architectural firm experience in design of a mix of project types including educational, commercial, and mixed-use. You will work closely with the Principal-In-Charge and/or Project Manager on leading design and managing the project on a team offering excellent design and production skills.

WHAT YOU NEED:
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an architectural office
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of construction and architectonics
• Exceptional communications skills including written, verbal, and presentation are required
• Ability to collaborate with Principal and Project Managers
• Ability to interact successfully with clients, other professional disciplines, and team members at a variety of levels is required
