What started as a rendering to generate interest in a vacant building has developed into an urban gem at the entryway to Covington. The building was constructed as single-room apartments, and expanded with time. The renovation to create five high-end condominiums above storefront retail had to work against the masonry structure of the building, creating interesting spaces within the residential spaces and strategically exposing brick and structure. Each unit is spatially unique, with three having private roof-top decks. The interior design blends the texture of the historic building with new high-quality finishes.
